Beautiful Lara was pregnant and was suffering with a serious eye infection when someone dumped her on the doorstep of Meriam’s house – our rescue volunteer – in Tunis.

Sadly her eye was in such a state that it could not be saved, and it was removed on the recommendation of the vet.

The Good News is that with Meriam’s care, plucky Lara has fully recovered from the operation, and has grown into a friendly, loving, cuddly litte cat. The loss of her eye doesn’t impede this little One-Eyed Wonder at all!

The Bad News is that Lara is very nervous of other cats. And this is a major problem for her, as she currently has to share space with Meriam’s other rescued cats. She’s stressed out!

Our goal is to get this sweetie to her forever home as soon as possible. So we’re looking for adoptors and donations for her.
